Very straight forward and powerful tool that helps to make better informed decision using the data it provides. **What do you dislike about Freshmarketer?** Statistical analysis, AB testing, behaviour tracking, heatmaps, funnel analysis could be improved as it lags often which can be fixed. It has many good options for the websites that generate revenue online such as e-commerce, online booking, platforms etc: you can do A/B testing without any coding skills, generate heatmaps to see the most clicks and engagement and do session replays to see how the real users navigate the website. It is also a good tool to manage DEM and e-mail marketing campaigns, it's easy to segment the leads and import those into the CRM. **What do you dislike about Freshmarketer?** it's a good tool but probably the "contact" section could be improved in order to segment it faster and see the hottest leads and the most engaged visitors or readers of an email. **What problems is Freshmarketer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Good to manage customer journey e-mail campaigns, Freshamarketer has also plenty of fun and well-made templates for e-mails.
