**What do you like best about Freshmarketer?**

The visual journey builder is intuitive, and the ability to tie marketing campaigns directly to CRM data helps align sales and marketing teams.

**What do you dislike about Freshmarketer?**

While Freshmarketer is great for getting started, some of the analytics and reporting features can feel limited compared to more mature platforms

**What problems is Freshmarketer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has improved our lead nurturing, increased campaign engagement, and helped our sales team prioritize high-intent leads more effectively. It’s saving us time and driving better alignment between marketing and sales.
