Its easy in use and it's clear for the agents when a customer reaches out. We are able to create specific chat bots that helps to guide our customers aswel to select the correct subject matter. The fact that the automatisations are not easy to set up for the chat bot, it was a lot of trial and error which was felt by the customers. Because due to bot failing the chats were closed to early or not correctly which meant that our agents have to check if a ticket number was created for a closed chat.
