# how do i use marketing app by freshchat if my proactive marketing message is disapprove whats app is very critical in our company and because we have multi-agents in the office we go to fresh chat, the point was not clarified by the salesman that maybe the whats app will not approve our marketing chat. honestly, we are relying on whats app to increase our sales retention by sending typical messages for our old client recently we move to fresh chat and whats app not allowing us to initiate normal message and this marketing proactive message is disapprove by whats app what is the solution here even though if we buy the marketing app ( targeted and triggered message ) i don't think that it will work with what's app ##### Post Metadata

# how can we develop Freshdesk Messaging ? i think that the best way to to develp Freshdesk Messaging is to update it every week and work on the bugs at it to help the agent to like it more as per the most problem at it at the last period as per the the freshdesk became away and make the agent avoid chat without he know i think if this prblem is solved the tool its become better and also to mange the number of chat that comes to one agent to help him to focus more ##### Post Metadata
