What do you like best?

Freshworks CRM is a system that we implement in the company in order to improve our sales. I love the system because the tools it offers us are extensive, allowing both marketing and secure sale to be carried out, this system is innovative because it uses artificial intelligence to perform its functions. and in order to attract potential customers and make specific, wide and safe sales we have not had any kind of inconvenience or problem regarding the operation of the service, it is for this reason that each of the tools have worked interactively and have allowed the sales and marketing area expand traffic and make much more targeted sales. What do you dislike?

We have not had any kind of inconvenience regarding the operation of the service we have seen that the system has been very extensive in attracting new customers and the quality of operation is incredible the tools are intuitive so it is easy to understand without the need for any external help which makes the execution of the program very simple for this reason, we have not noticed any flaws and also its tools are improving better and better. Freshsales is a system more than a CRM becomes important or necessary, sales are concrete, guaranteed, it allows us to provide technical support to customers which we are selling so that everything is much more personal and in this way specify correctly, In addition, it broadens the search for clients with marketing, expanding the advertisements, it can be said that it is a very powerful and interesting software and they work perfectly, granting an exponential reach and new clients. What do you like best?

It is a good tool for the analysis of digital marketing strategies since it has a wide variety of functionalities that can be used to measure their effectiveness, from A / B unit tests, heat maps, optimization and tools to many other functions that will ultimately be very useful to us, it also has a fairly neat interface, which allows me to use the system without any inconvenience, also allows me to use the program from the chrome extension, so You do not need to download any additional software to be able to use the system. From the beginning we quickly adapt to its functionality as its interface is intuitive, it contributes to keep work fluid and organized. The free version is as complete as you pay, depending on how you use it, one or the other.

What undoubtedly Freashsales does best and what I like about this software is that it is a very user-friendly software, it does not require a technician to use the tools. A great help for someone who manages or manages a lot of customer information and details. It is well designed and provides tools for tracking. The software has great potential as it helps reduce the workload of your company's sales agents and is one of the great advantages it has while raising the productivity of your business and closing a much larger deal. What do you like best?

The best thing about Freshsales is all the utility that it offers us accompanied by a quite pleasant and simple interface so that the user can learn to use it in the shortest possible time, it is very easy to program the emails that we want in order to keep the customer constantly informed to our product and thus retain them so that they become recurring client, there are few tools that allow us to do that. I consider that it is an excellent software, however it is very poorly optimized for mobile devices, since it is often used the desktop version. Android app freezes a lot, this undoubtedly ruins a good experience that can get to have the user on the platform, and prevent them from taking advantage of all the benefits that this platform can give us. Email integration - easy to add all emails to contacts or leads.

The font is a little hard to read and is especially small, making it a bit difficult to be able to see things. Sometimes we have forgotten to save notes in records because the letters are so small. The biggest problem I had with CRM applications was their difficulty of use. Before, I used to write down each piece of information about my clients on paper, but nowadays it is not feasible to do that, due to loss of money and it is annoying. Freshsales was the solution to all that, with the quick and logical menus it is easy to understand, we don't need to be an expert or watch videos on "How to use it?" but no, in a short time it can be used fluidly for anyone. This CRM platform has certainly become a facilitator in my life.

Freshsales is too useful, I did not imagine what it was like to live without it before. When we start to have a high level of potential customers, they start sending us mass emails, and that's when Freshsales stands out. With it we can have a very exact “follow-up” with the clients who responded and were interested in our emails, making us have sales, which mean that we earn more money. I am delighted with Freshsales because it is an excellent performance CRM platform; it has so many good things that it is very difficult for me to list them all. I have resolved amounts of issues that were related to work time. Freshsales is a remarkable CRM, its functions make productivity in my business increase a lot, and not only that, most importantly, my short and long-term earnings for ordering potential clients. One of the main advantages that I could get or notice in Freshsales is its CRM listed “contact filter”. A detail that a facilitator does is the one that classifies the conversations, can organize the messages that I had with clients in a particular way to know if they are potential clients.

The main benefit I could get in its simplicity. The topics related to CRM can be overwhelming for any person and boss who has a business, it is very difficult to remember all the clients exactly. interface is awesome. everything makes sense with one glance and coming in with no experience you can visualize how the crm works and the pipeline flow. very easy to make calls right from the CRM itself and you can enter notes while you are making the call. email integration with gmail is awesome, you can send and receive emails right from the CRM. Freshsales is a lighweight and easy to use solution for a CRM. If you want to get things up and running pretty easy, this is a great option. What do you like best?

The program has a very well-developed interface. You have many functions, but they are not located on one screen. Therefore, I was able to quickly customize the application to my needs. The price is quite affordable, even for Ukraine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Why did your sales office from Russia contact me? Have you decided that it is a good idea to send the Ukrainian client to a Russian office? Do you send clients from Palestine to the Israeli office? Or maybe customers from Croatia are discussing an office in Serbia (the former Yugoslavia).

I was very upset when they called me from Russia. My friend was killed in the war with the Russian separatists in the Donbas. And now I need to communicate with an office in Russia? Or maybe you think that Ukraine is part of Russia? Your service policy needs to be changed. Russia is under sanctions. How do you work with them? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All my clients are now in one database. I send out price lists very quickly and don’t forget anyone. The program allows me to automate my calendar and appointments. I think I will be a more successful seller using Freshsales Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Great pricing point and affordable to small start-up. Very user-friendly and easy to learn. I'm able to achieve most automation tasks like creating a email journey and also creating different lists within the journey.Setting up heatmaps, session recordings and all of these features includes a detail reports that gives you great insights and help you make data-driven decisions. What do you dislike?

Their customer support can be slow. And since they're just starting some of the integration with freshsales are still work in progress. Things like being able to import and export certain contacts are not available ATM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you have enough traffic for A/B testing tools. At least have over 500 visitors on your site for a more accurate testing. Make sure your freshsales leads are clean and easy to segment before importing all the leads from freshsales to freshmarketer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I think the flexibility of finding any field of a lead or contact, schedule emailing, different products at one place, which saves lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
