I love the fact that my recruitment is now more efficient. Being able to move candidates to the next step and have automated emails and tests sent to them saves so much time. Having a list of all applicants, what happened at the interview stage and if they had passed any tests is invaluable to the other staff involved in the recruitment. Integrations! There are only a few products that can be integrated with Freshteam. It is not possible to call, send SMS/ Whatsapp to candidates directly from Freshteam which is a pain staking task for recruiters. There are some other ATS that have this feature enabled. We'd ideally want to have different locations for our roles, but need to create an additional office/location for organisation to be able to do this, which in itself is out of the fee structure, meaning we'd have to bump up to premium to be able to do this 1 thing.
