The termination process is not useful for how our organization is using the platform. I also do not like how I can only send 1 offer at a time and I need to delete all the previous forms, if I want to send a new offer letter to the same person for a different department - so it's not as convenient when dealing with shorter contracted employees. Another issue I have had was that the allowed file sizes you can send/receive via email seems to be really small, so a signed PDF document tends not to send properly.
