Haven't found bad things about the product, I think it hits the sweet spot between simplicity and features. When reviewing candidates I would like to suggest other roles for hiring instead of the current role, but i think adding complexity may not be good for the product. The home dashboard is simple and intuitive to use. The best feature is the candidate summary page where you find the details from the CV auto-populated with their summary and status of the candidates. What do you dislike about Freshteam by Freshworks? At present, the product covers less features on candidate onboarding.
