The holiday section is really clunky. Difficult to book in future holiday and see a full calendar that is rolling (so if someone's holiday straddles the month you can see the full thing) . Terrible aggregation, pie charts of holiday time booked is useless. Editing feedback in the hire section is temperamental, have lost whole sections of feedback which is frustrating. Prior to FreshTeam, most of our recruitment process was manually managed using excel files. We were struggling to manage application tracking, candidate status tracking and the overall sourcing pipeline. With FreshTeam we've streamlined the entire recruitment process. Most of our recruitment activities like - Job Posting, Written Test and candidate notifications are automated using FreshTeam features. Integration options are one of the best things in FreshTeams. FreshTeam publishes canned reports but they are not intuitive or user-friendly. Self serve reporting is a major version (might be the limitation of our subscription).
