Freshteam is brilliant as it's easy for everyone involved in the hiring process (C-level, managers, recruiters etc) to see all the information needed about a candidate and previous notes from colleagues. The look and feel, is in my opinion, a little outdated and reminds me more of something you'd see on WindowsXP. A fresh lick of paint and more automation and better look and feel would be perfect. Finding all the specific pages and settings is sometimes a little tricky as they can be located in different menus/places but it is very easy to use once you know where everything is. There is so much, features we were told would be out in 2022 have not materialised, support is awful, random holidays are being deducted for no reason. I would suggest adding integration with e.g. Jira or any other tasks tracker systems. Another interesting feature is growing tree. It describes the possible routes for employees to become greater.
