The Calendar overview for team member's timeout, helps the teams balance timeouts. Also the overall UX is nice and easy to navigate even for none techy users. I don't see any cons with using freshteam. Maybe the excessive white spaces when there is little or no information to display. Onboarding new team members into different teams yet making them have a feel of the entire organisation is quite good. New teams members are onboarded more quickly.
