In every company that I worked in the past, was very difficult to request a day off, or vacations, all the time some information missed, poor approval process, my supervisor didn't see the email where I rested the time off. And other good things is the employees directory if I need to contact with a coworker I just click on FreshTeam, go to directory, type the name and that's it, I get all the contact information. The platform itself is relatively easy to use and the available integrations are great! It does take some time and effort to learn all the different functions, but it really does help streamline the hiring process for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Freshteam by Freshworks? The termination process is not useful for how our organization is using the platform. I also do not like how I can only send 1 offer at a time and I need to delete all the previous forms, if I want to send a new offer letter to the same person for a different department - so it's not as convenient when dealing with shorter contracted employees. Another issue I have had was that the allowed file sizes you can send/receive via email seems to be really small, so a signed PDF document tends not to send properly.
