So far I have really not come across any. The only thing I would mention is the lack of being able to get a realistic price up front. Yeah, the free account is great, but we are just below it and it would be great to be able to easily see what I could expect. Atlassian is notorious for offering limited free plans and then to add the 1 user that puts you over the limit is a huge cost. So knowing this before hand would be great. I am familiar with the freshstatus tool, but we use freshping and it is very useful for monitoring because it is simple to configure and I have now integrated with freshstatus to test it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
