So far I have really not come across any. The only thing I would mention is the lack of being able to get a realistic price up front. Yeah, the free account is great, but we are just below it and it would be great to be able to easily see what I could expect. Atlassian is notorious for offering limited free plans and then to add the 1 user that puts you over the limit is a huge cost. So knowing this before hand would be great. The system is so easy to setup and use. It is clean and simple not just for internal use but for our clients as well.
