Freshsales is incredibly user friendly compared to other CRMs available; of all those I've used, Freshsales has enabled the greatest speed to confidence. Combining ease of use with an abundance of features has made it possible to shape Freshsales into a CRM that fits exactly what we need. Really easy initial setup and configuration for what we needed. Free trial was a real boon, and the ability to reduce the trial to the plan we intended buying. We tested a wide array of CRMs from the biggest names to smaller niche options. After a thorough process over a year we decided to proceed with FreshSales for a number of reasons. We found it to be a much better fit for our requirements - a sensible balance of powerful tools, unencumbered by some of the unnecessary features of more expensive platforms.

For users it has proven easy to learn and to use. For Admins the implementation was simple and after some excellent support from the FreshSales team we have our reporting setup just the way we want it.

There isn't a lot to dislike. If I'm being really picky I might suggest a wider array of training materials to get started with some of the more advanced features like setting up reports and so on.
