Freshsworks as a whole has always been welcoming and supportive of our business ventures, willing to assist in our very technical flows. Eager to solve core problems we might experience, they have been nothing but a delight. Even with a vast number of companies they still provide personalized support. The downsides of freshworks is not always 100% a downside, its usually a business preference, where we are South African based but Subscriptions are USD based. Core business problems solved by the freshworks product suites ranges from accurate lead conversion tracking to round robin based lead assignment, we have managed to run our contracts for subscriptions through freshsales to track user status' as well as what products they have signed up for.
