The expectation is that all these different products (including CRM, Desktop support, Chat, Monitoring, etc) will work interchangeably. The updates are also quite accurate, with emails being sent to my personal and team's email accounts daily. This saves me precious time, removing the need for me to check the dashboards painstakingly. This is a life changer, with FreshPing, I am able to monitor my system status seamlessly with close to no lag time. I am now 25% more productive and 50% more confident in my IT enterprise service. **What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?** The updates are not exactly real-time, they could be could be a little more prompt. Some system reports do not appear on my report summary. There are missing details in the report as well. The reports could be more comprehensive by adding crucial details such as reasons for downtime and perhaps add some insights to the data or perhaps some recommendations even. With more timely emails, I would be more willing to recommend freshping to friends and colleagues. It is a great service all in all but with an added touch to quality, it could be an easy 10/10. **Recommendations to others considering Freshping by Freshworks:** FreshPing is very accurate with timely emails sent. This reduces your time to monitor dashboards regularly and increases productivity by at least 25%, it will also enhance your confidence in your software system. This provides my team with a redundant set of monitoring in case our other monitoring solution fails or experiences an outage and vice versa. **What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?** I would like free badges for everyone to use and possibly more customization for the custom status pages! **Recommendations to others considering Freshping by Freshworks:** It is very simple to setup, transfer access and integrate into your existing systems. It also gives you 50 monitors for free which is super cool and I don't know of a better monitoring service that is free with so many features. **What problems is Freshping by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to have redundancy for our website and service monitoring. We are now able to provide our end users a way to view our critical website uptime and it provides them with a high level of assurance that their applications are well taken care of. ### 42. Clean UI and the existing integrations with FreshService and FreshDesk are valuable. **What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?** Would like scripting for some of the operations, something simple would be nice, i.e. being able to add a custom request with a header, or a POST request with a body, to verify the app is up, like logging into an app or site. FreshRelease integration where it can auto-create an issue within a release or backlog. **What problems is Freshping by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Looking for website and web application monitoring, something that can be extended to allow for more extensive web application and api monitoring. Also looking to integrate with the rest of the FreshWorks suite (for example FreshDesk, FreshRelease). Easy to use documentation so we can make sure our firewalls are allowing the monitoring requests. **What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?** Their is really nothing that I dislike about the product especially for being free. **Recommendations to others considering Freshping by Freshworks:** If you are looking for a cost effective solution that doesn't require much time to setup and use then this is the one and if you use Freshworks other products it integrates well with FreshService for incident management and FreshStatus to update your internal or external status page to notify masses that their is a problem. **What problems is Freshping by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to monitor if our websites go down but additionally can monitor our internet circuits from the outside so if they go down we can be alerted.
