What do you like best about Freshping by Freshworks?

What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?

Limited options on the free plan. A simple scheduled checks feature would be great, as we pull the server down every other day for 1 hour to do a backup and it always triggers an outage notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's all about feeling Fresh."

What do you like best about Freshping by Freshworks?

We use other Freshworks products and thankfully we found Freshping. It is easy to use and easy to understand. We are able to provide 'Read' access to non-technicals where they can see the availability of our services we are monitoring. Most notably our recent change from a former webhost to our current shows a big difference in up time. Freshping shows us a simple view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?

The additional features are at a cost. We can't get everything free and what you get out of the free offering is much more than we can ask for as other 'free' sites are not as ease of use as Freshping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use: The user interface is very clean and intuitive. It is easy to set up and configure your monitoring checks.

Reliable: I have never had any downtime with Freshping. It always alerts me when one of my monitored resources is down.

What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?

I am currently not having any issues with Freshping and I will write a second review if I start running into any issues. I having used this software to go back to my provider and get the support I needed when they said there was no issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
