Some services aren't even as reliable as the sites they're supposed to monitor. Freshping has been rock solid. Most important to me is the UI and design. I'm not sure about this, but I believe that 'Get SSL' only works in Garden plan instead of the free plan. I have been using Freshdesk for a while & was really impressed by that product, so I decided to try it. FreshPing is extremely easy to use & the setup took no longer than a minute. The interface is simple to use & provides all the necessary information you require to ensure your services are running as expected. FreshPing also provides you with an interface to create a webpage that shows the status of your endpoints. When you create more than one check for a URL (ie: HTTPS, A, MX, NS, TCP, etc.), you have to edit the name of each one to reflect that. It would save time and be more organized if you could view by check type or if they were separated into sections by Check/URL (eliminating the need to name each one seperately). **What problems is Freshping by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives me some peace of mind knowing that I'll be notified if a site has an issue or goes down by Freshping, rather than someone else... ### 39. It just works, in the sense that it is a free product. **What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?** They've finally released Freshstatus integration after lots of time wasted time trying to get it to work, but it's still not a great solution. For example, if you connect Freshstatus, the checks do not display what status page they are on. Considering that you can have both status pages on, it would be super useful to see which status page each check is on. For example, if website a is using a Freshstatus page, it should say the check is on the Freshstatus page. However, if website b is on Freshping, it should say that it's using Freshping's status page. There are other small details that they missed like this. These are small things that don't really get in the way. However, just like the other smaller Fresh works products, Freshping is buggy. I thought they were avoidable at first, but now, they are all over the place. It's fine that it's free, but considering it can cost lots of money to get the premium plan, it's not a premium experience. **Recommendations to others considering Freshping by Freshworks:** Use Zapier for most integrations, maybe even set up Twilio. If you encounter problems, contact support.
