Freshping is a really user-friendly software where I can easily login and look at the dashboard to see which websites are up and if any have issues. The pricing is fair as well and the overall quality is very high.

**What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?**

I think that some users may benefit from a tutorial when they first enter the software, as otherwise, they may be somewhat lost with the large number of tools and settings available.

I am using Freshping for uptime monitoring. This is helping me solve the issue of checking if websites are up or down and if they are down. what the issues are.

I liked how easy it was to set up my account and then set up each website I needed to monitor. It took about 1 hour to set up 32 site monitors. The monitor types and options on each site are excellent. We also use the webhook to push notifications into our chat system.

Nothing at all so far. Everything works as it says on the box.

There isn't much. You might be able to get more monitors for free. But for good service, you should be willing to pay as well.

Free plan is great for startups and small businesses. Highly recommended.
Easy to setup and use, nice user interface, logo can be customized as well as CNAME for your status page.

**What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?**

It has a lot of features that require a paid subscription - practically every additional option requires an upgrade. Teaser basically.
However even with all limits it provides a great value.

Not everything is free ;) Would have been wonderful if we could use API intergation in free plan.

Really recommend it to check your website availability. There are a lot of other interesting services, but I have experience only with monitoring service. And it works very well!

Very easy status page setup. It can do monitoring of both web pages and APIs. It has nice CSS theme. It is also cheap.

I wish there was an option to show latency from different geographical locations.

I like the ping feature because it not only tells you that your site is up but it also tells you how fast your site is running so that you can make changes accordingly.

I dislike the fact that there are not more features in the FREE version. That being said I do find that the free version does what it says it will do. I don't like how the integrations are not explained in more detail.

Freshping allows us to know when the site is down or when it is performing poorly. This is a huge benefit because poor performance and downtime directly affect our bottom line.

It has a system of alarms, notifications and alerts, which keep us always informed of any eventuality that may occur on the web pages. Also its interface is very simple and easy to use, the pages are found quickly and errors are obtained in seconds, which we can solve them without delay. 

**What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?**

Sometimes it throws alerts when there is no eventuality, as well as we have also had delay of the alerts, which did not arrive in real time, so we could not solve the problem in time, luckily, the technical service attended our request and we were able to solve these problems. Otherwise, I think it is a very complete software with no negative points.

With this software we are monitoring the activity of our web pages, to know the activity and inactivity in real time and know the data and failures that may occur, so that in this way we can give prompt solution. Its real-time monitoring management is very complete and easy to handle, with an intuitive interface that allows easy navigation throughout the control panel.

it solves a major of server related problem. just add slack and get realtime uptime and downtime status on mobile.

One of its problems is that it is susceptible to the use of WAF, so the experience may not be the best.

I needed an easy solution for allowing devs to see the status of multiple API products. I was trying to use nodeping and statuspage and got nowhere. I found freshping, signed up, and had a statuspage up with our custom domain in 15 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?**

Nothing to dislike so far. As the number of endpoints we need to monitor grows, we may need to upgrade the plan. For now, this checks all our boxes.

I needed a status page created with minimal effort. This was super easy to use and our customers can immediately see our API's uptime.

Notification to multiple people in real-time. As a startup based in a small African country with multiple blackouts, we got to see how off we were down and had to switch hosting providers. The ability to see how often we were down was a great feature

keeps triggering an email to be sent back to alerts and delivers a Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

Getting emails from Freshping usually means there's a problem to sort out on one of my servers!  It's a good thing really!

This website monitoring service is easy to set up and offers a wide range of functions. The free plan is great for small companies and provides a fast upgrade in case of growing needs. Furthermore, it offers full integration with Freshdesk, Freshservice and other popular cloud platforms.

**What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?**

The only negative aspect is the language of the platform. You can only have it in English. Anyhow, graphs and descriptions are quite straightforward even if you don't speak English.

**What problems is Freshping by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You have all your websites under control in just one platform. You don't need to activate different notifications with your website provider.

Integration with Freshservice. Particularly that it opens a ticket when one of the monitored systems is down, but automatically closes the ticket if it comes back up.

The ability to create a publically accessible status page is useful for both internal staff and public access.

**What do you dislike about Freshping by Freshworks?**

Nothing in particular. It would be nice if there was some way to monitor internal systems as well, but that's really the job of something like PRTG or Nagios. 

Every other feature that I would like is part of one of the paid plans, which is understandable.

**What problems is Freshping by Freshworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to monitor externally facing systems from an external users perspective. Often something works for us, but not the public, and Freshping gives us an external frame of reference.

Well the cost, of course, can do several things with free tools but even then what isn't free is low cost. Also the willingness to take suggestions to implement into their platform.
