The site also comes with a gateway payment system (PayPal and Stripe) to enable you to get paid for your work. The team is always adding new features to help you promote and sell your course. As an early adopter, I have been very satisfied partnering with the FreshLMS Team as we learn together. Well done! **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** As an early adopter, I have had features that have been removed and added to upgrades that I had to pay additional fees. Though the enhancements came with even more features, I did not appreciate the removal of features. I am chalking it up as the price of being an early adopter as the company is deciding how to package its features. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** The FreshLMS platform is a one-stop shop for creating and profiting from your expertise. They are highly responsive and you feel like you as a customer matter to them, that you are not just an anonymous number. They answer your questions. I like the cost, I like the functionality, I like that it is always improving, and I like the team's responsiveness. It's easy to use and there is a lot of support. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have created courses for money AND I have provide service through the platform, even though it is not formally a course. With some exceptions, the interface is intuitive. Automatic certifications are useful. **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** Too many issues do not get resolved, even after bringing them up repeatedly. The developers instead request users to adjust their needs to their way. A lot of grammar errors, formatting issues in their editor, reporting inaccuracies, and constantly changing the features included or not included with your membership tier have proven that this isn't built with the user in mind. Watch out for generous requests to solve technical issues via a phone call where the only intention is to upsell you on their already flawed product. **Recommendations to others considering FreshLearn:** List the features you will absolutely need, then compare. It doesn't help to go with the most recommended product and end up with features you won't use. Fresh LMS covers the basic needs and is constantly improving. I believe it is great for those who develop their first courses and want to have an easy way to integrate with Zapier or Hubspot. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had a course feature on my coaching platform that is not intuitive. I needed a place where I can confidently send my clients to my coursework without creating additional work explaining how to navigate the portal. ### 4. Literally, nothing. Check instead what I dislike. **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** Everything. The only reason why I opted for this tool was beacuse of the "preview" mode, which should have allowed me to make some lesson freely available, whilst all others locked up only for paying customers. All of a sudden, this feature was gone. With no alert, no information. Just gone. When asked why, I was told that "We, removed that option because we got many reports from customers saying that spam entries are happening and members list becoming overloaded". After my complaints I was promised to have that back in 20 working days (I have all chats recordings, btw). Not only the promise was not maintained, but I also had to start the whole process again because apparetnly they didn't even recorded my request. LIARS, other than unprofessionals. Not even mentionining a Zapier integration, also that was gone. I was told 1 week to have it back. Then another week. Then simply "soon". These people are just bad, unprofessional and the tool is full of bugs. The funniest thing of all? Not a single message saying "sorry!" Courses are super simple to create, add to, and modify. It's very clean. The client support is very friendly, they are interactive and passionate about their product. Completely modifiable and you can even redirect from your domain. Even if payment isn't on site you can add members that have been grandfathered in or come from elsewhere. All in all a great product. There are so many cool features that I really enjoy. It's a clean service. You can add PDFS, videos, documents, hyperlink things, add images to reference, and I really love the customer support. They are good to their clients for sure. **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** Can be a bit slow, but they're doing major upgrades so I don't mind that one bit :) I don't have complaints about it honestly. I really like the site and it has been a big upgrade for my brand, my client base, and it is so so easy to maintain and functions well. **Recommendations to others considering FreshLearn:** I would highly advice looking into all the features and talking to support! They are really great and will go over everything with you. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** I personally was doing PDFs via dropbox. FreshLMS provides an air of professionalism, it's much cleaner and with the login, landing page, and course structure, it is a MAJOR upgrade. I was having issues keeping track of everything, having to edit the PDFs as I went, and it was harder to keep my information together. I have reduced a lot of stress, and extra work for myself. So easy to use. ### 7. You can setup the course with membership functions easily. The support is excellent. When I use the live chat, within a few minutes, I get a response from Rahul. Eventually he set up a Zoom to clear out things and give some suggestions. In fact, I am excited to see the demonstration of the latest UI which is more powerful in terms of the price structure. **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** It would be great to integrate with Wishpond email automation. Kindly put that in your roadmap. For the Landing page, there is not much to customize, which is a pity. It would be great to have a builder maybe a (simple version of Wordpress Elementor) to fully customize the landing page because landing page is probably the most important page besides the content. Gamification could be a good idea to be in your roadmap to for us to engage the users. **Recommendations to others considering FreshLearn:** If you are not a techy and want to save time, FreshLMS is the platform to start selling your online course. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves me time to mess around with the Wordpress membership site plugin to setup the online course. If you are a non-techy or would like to save time, FreshLMS is for you. From uploading video, to handling the payment integrating with Stripe and Paypal, FreshMLS just makes it easy to setup an online course with ease. ### 8. I can easily create a Sales Page for each course right within the platform with its own custom domain. I can also create FREE courses for people or employees to take and complete. They even introduced their own CERTIFICATE creation module which looks great! **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** The part that is missing right now within FreshLMS is being able to manage multiple "schools" or "institutions" under the same email account. In order to do so, I have to register an account / school / institution using different email addresses. I also wanted to use my other video hosting platforms inside the platform, but they only currently support Youtube, Vimeo, Wistia and VooPlayer / Spotlightr. **Recommendations to others considering FreshLearn:** For SaaS based LMS solutions, I truly recommend FreshLMS as a great alternative to popular platforms like Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific. I have looked at the FREE plans for the above mentioned platforms and FreshLMS offered more features in a single platform than most of them. It made more sense to subscribe to the FreshLMS platform instead. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Given the current global situation, employees need to be spend days working at home and in the office. We are trying to empower our employees with online education that they can do at their own pace and monitor their progress within a single platform. They are very responsive and truly care about making the platform user friendly for both authors and students. It's an up and coming learning management system that is changing the way LMS's are offering and teaching their students. I truly look forward to every new update that comes from the team. Plus the updates are very timely, it seems every month they are improving. I'm very happy with my decision to use FreshLMS as my platform to start my business. **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** There are some things that are not as intuitive as I would prefer them to be. For instance, commenting on the courses can only be toggled on and off, there is no way of deleting or regulating comments from participants. I also love that they are working on adding features that are considered premium elsewhere as basic on FLMS. You can tell that there was a lot of thought put into the UI and most users wouldn't have issue churning out a course within 30 minutes assuming they have the materials ready. At the initial stage, the founder Rahul was responsive and open to suggestions. I think this attitude serves them well because you can tell things are always improving. I understand the team has got some plans in store for their existing users around Xmas time. You got to be excited for that. For me, I got a LTD on Appsumo for $99. I thought for what has been delivered so far, the value outpaced the price I got it for. I'm a fan for life. This is the perfect software for people who just wants to set up a course and start selling. You can customise and rebrand (white label) the site even if you have time but it's good to go, straight out of the box! **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** I think the customisation part can be improved. Setting up the subdomain bit was a bit of guess and check for me. I wish there were some more documentation. Or even a quick video to guide me along. Maybe the landing page can be improved.
