It also has very competitive pricing models that allow for unlimited users which is very valuable, especially in use cases like ours where we offer our resources free of charge to all of our clients. **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** There are a few limitations, including in the structure of courses, which could be a bit more flexible. At the moment you have to pick from a very rigid selection of content types and they are not super customizable. Also, a lot of actions could be made easier for bulk application - things like signing users up for courses/bundles could benefit from more flexible bulk actions. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an organization we are using FreshLearn to upload our training materials, mainly videos and follow-up questionnaires. The platform hosts our resources and our clients use it to access them, to get training on our products. It helps us cut down on time spent in live training sessions guided by our team members. ### 2. Freshlearn platform is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate, but when you are new it can be at times feel overwhelming but with live support especially getting started makes all the difference! Teja went above and beyond to help me through each stage of the course setup. Every time I have a question, no matter how basic, Teja responded quickly with clear, detailed answers that made it easy to keep moving forward. It's rare to find someone so patient and genuinely invested in helping users succeed, and I felt supported at every step. Thanks to Teja's guidance, I now feel confident in managing my online course and even exploring more advanced features. If you're new to online course creation and want a supportive team behind you, I can’t recommend FreshLearn highly enough! **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** While the interface is user-friendly, the analytics tools, though functional, lack the depth and range of data insights I’ve seen elsewhere, which can be limiting when trying to optimize course performance and track student engagement on a more granular level. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like most people whom use the internet in their daily lives for personal and business I have been searching for years for the "Right" online business - what I call the "holy grail" as a small business consultant that I could get excited about and apply my work history and business experience. As a small company that who wants to improve, we create lessons in the team where we upload it to FreshLMS with documentations and small quizzes at the end of each lesson, we continue to improve our inbound team to archive new goals, and with FreshLMS we also create and resell the courses that we have recorded as an outreach income profit for the company. **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** I could have to cut 2 points from my recommendation due to UI. Unfortunately, the UI does not fancy-looking as the software itself. But the team is being productive and improving the application in all near soon, so we are just not really focusing on the design of the website but we focus on our productivity with the lessons we have created. **Recommendations to others considering FreshLearn:** If you are looking for an inbound team improvement with videos, FreshLMS might be the correct solution for your classes. It's cheap, and they are improving the platform. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** We started to use FreshLMS for interactive video in our team to improve our inbound team in better performance for our needs. With FreshLMS we are able to record our lessons and join as a team to the classes to learn something for an affordable budget, also we also have future plans to start selling our courses to other people so we can make a profit while being productive. FreshLMS also gives the opportunity to create coupon codes so we can also create giveaways and get new leads for our marketing. It's also amazing that FreshLMS has a future to quiz the student who watch the video at the end of each video. ### 12. Easy to use and great support! The support team are happy to hop on a call to help too. Some features are being added as part of the roadmap. I'm looking for course duplication and coupons to offer freedom version of paid courses. So far so good! **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** Nothing really, I think they are working hard to add features so looking forward to updates. For now, it is a solid platform! **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Face to face training is not coming back for a while so this offers a great option to get my offerings out there. As i work in content creation, I have other courses around branding, gamification and microlearning to create, so the platform will help that. You can add a subdomain for each course and you can have your own landing page for each course and that's helpful when selling the package within your brand. ### 13. It has many of the familiar features that other LMS programs have but the price is much more affordable. This has been a complete lifesaver for the not-for-profit that I work with. The program is still growing, and the development team are responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** There are still some glitches in the program, but the development team help out and solve any issues that arise from the back end. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems I've had have been small technical glitches, that have been solved by the help team. It can be setup within 30 minutes if everything is ready on your side. **What do you dislike about FreshLearn?** I don't particularly like domain manager which could be improved drastically may be by design or letting the user choose or have more control over the subdomain etc. **What problems is FreshLearn solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm solving the problem of selling my courses with multiple tools and software easily. ### 16. I have already found an alternative platform that offers a lifetime subscription with half of what Fresh LMS charges plus 10x features and flexibility.
