# What are the top 10 indicators to assure the best customer experience regards phone support and how to measure them? The purpose is to truly enhance CSAT. How can we measure if our phone support is within the customer expectation? Which are the main indicators that has to be pursued? How can we motivate the team members to achieve, as a team, those indicators and truly be worried about customer experience. We decided to follow rate of abandoned calls and reduce them as much as we can.
