Their leadership is terrible and they will introduce changes on the system without anyone agreeing to them or providing alternatives. We have been customers for years but they just decided to switch their payment gateway Stripe and know every single customer has to create a new Stripe account — doubling all work on compliance, FINCEN, rates and more. Their support doesn't care and just said "accept or quit". They will not care for how long you have been a customer, they are egocentrical and think they are above humankind. I use to use Quickbooks Online. However, I found it was too much for me, as I do not have an accounting background, and own a small business. After checking out other competitors, and some open-source software, I decided on Freshbooks. I could not be happier for my choice. The software is very easy to use, and there support is TOP NOTCH. There is no install, so it's just a matter of using your web browser, and it was very easy to integrate it with my bank accounts. I have no accounting experience yet find FreshBooks easy to navigate. I’m a longtime user of the customizable invoicing system. FreshBooks offers excellent customer support – my most recent experience was easy and efficient. With FreshBooks, tracking expenses is simple and straightforward. You can upload receipts, categorize expenses, and mark them as billable to clients.
