Somewhat intuititive, built for small business. Time tracking and expenses that pull into invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about FreshBooks? Petty Cash as a concept. The onboarding. The channel partnerships team that DIDNT suggest Kate Josephine Johnson (she is the only reason I've been able to use this succsesfully), that there was not a better onboarding/implementation support process. That if you take a pciture of a receipt when you have it it will always create a duplicate expense that you have to copy/paste/move later. The matching for Quickbooks is far superior. I've started losing receipts or having dupes. Neither is good. Also the email address for submitting receipts is clunky/bad. That Clients/Vendors aren't the same thing. That Bills don't integrate. That there's no way to carry a balance that rolls over on invoices. The app is a fraction of the functionality of quickbooks' app. Your prices are almost the same as quickbooks but the application is not really as good. Now that I understand how to use it successfully, I don't need to hire a bookkeeper. But it's a very steep learning curve.
