I find FreshBooks incredibly valuable for its simplicity, especially when it comes to creating and sending invoices. The process is straightforward and hassle-free, which streamlines a crucial aspect of my small business operations. Additionally, I appreciate how easy the initial setup of FreshBooks was, making the transition to using it as smooth as possible. What do you dislike about FreshBooks? I wish the invoice creation feature in FreshBooks was more versatile, akin to how Excel works, allowing more flexibility and functionality. Additionally, when I canceled my FreshBooks subscription, I lost access to all my old invoices and customer data. This was disappointing because it felt like canceling FreshBooks meant canceling my whole business. The ease of setup and recurring invoices from FreshBooks is great! It saves time for our bookkeeper and controller. Also, making global changes for clients is smooth and straightforward. I wish I could just have contracts in here, that's the only missing piece. It's what as made moving over to HoneyBooks very tempting and still an option in the back of my mind. Time tracking and project management is a huge help! I only recently figured out how to use Projects (thanks to the help from support) and that already has been a massive help to me and my business. Since I started using FreshBooks to help me keep my accounting more organized, but above all, to improve my performance in billing and expenses, I've felt more streamlined with my processes. It helps me make the most of my time by having this platform that enters the data and does most of the work automatically, without having to go through multiple steps in a process.
