The user interface is easy to follow and learn. Storing customer information and revising loads is also easy to do. Searching through past loads and the various filters make finding information easy to use as well. While I have rarely had to reach out to customer service, they do offer quick and speedy solutions to problems I may encounter. Freigthview allows me to put multiple loads out and monitor quotes easily. I use it multiple times a day to create BOLs for LTL shipments as well as Truckloads. While the interface is easy to use, the system can be a bit buggy when handling hazmat items as well as multiple truck requests. When inputting pallet information, tabbing over too early will cause the pallet to automatically fill with hazmat information, thus losing the previously inputted pallet information. Asking for quotes on loads that require multiple trucks is also kind of buggy as there is no way to put separate information on the separate BOL's without closing the order first. Freightview has allowed our company to integration our existing systems with ease. The amount of carriers that use Freightview, finding a carrier is easy and onboarding them is simple. Customer Support is at the ready to answer any and all questions in the beginning and as we progressed using Freightview. We have integrated the both our parcel and freight activities through Freightview so we have a clear picture of the traffic coming into our warehouses. Freightview is a TMS that we use everyday... The most we get out of is the LTL side of things, with FV is is very easy to schedule & quote LTL shipments. All the rates, transit times in one place instead of shopping carriers websites for the best rate.... saving a ton of time and frustration. Support people are great people to have if something is not functioning like it should. FV is open to any suggestions, some of which I have suggested and FV has implemented already.
