Their new update is a bit challenging to use, I wish there was more flexibility or ways to customize the truckload side of the quoting process...we do not always require a certain type of truck, sometimes several different options are fine and we have to do separate quotes for each option. It has a nice website design and it's very easy to use it. You can adapt fast. The filling blanks are well described so you know exactly what to type. It also allows me to keep track of the shipments I have in process and whenever a carrier provide me a quote I receive an email notification which alerts me in case I need the rate urgerntly. Freightview allows me to get a quote almost instantly (depending on the carriers), which is beneficial when I need to urgently schedule a freight.
