FreightPOP allows us to price multiple freight companies at one time. It also interacts with our software systems to import and export data, saving us time from entering data numerous times. However, the industry is changing so rapidly that it is understandable is not a reason to leave. I would like to see a quicker turnaround time for fixes/ additions within the tool. All of our contracted carriers are connected. They also connected to my truck carrier. I can get all quotes from all carriers on just one page. That is very convenient.
