One platform to handle many different small parcel carriers and LTL common carriers. The ability to assign roles to employees and external parties. The feature to audit shipment is pretty handy too. **What do you dislike about FreightPOP?** There are still some bugs going on with the data import for LTL shipments (i.e: the freight amount is not importing correctly into Veracore). Also, if the shipping processing time could be further reduced somehow, that will be awesome! **Recommendations to others considering FreightPOP:** Have a list of features that you want to see, send that list of features to FreightPOP and request them to demo each feature for you. **What problems is FreightPOP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamline the data flow between our WMS and shipping software. Our manual work is mostly eliminated. Our shipping errors have reduced as well. ### 2. The live chat is extremely helpful. The ability to rate shop carriers is great! **What do you dislike about FreightPOP?** During the initial set up, we have been running into issues with certain carrier's, with how the commercial invoice's are created and random "glitches" in the system. Again, the FreightPOP customer support team has been fantastic to work with to get the issues resolved in a timely manner. **What problems is FreightPOP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We really like the one stop shopping, this allows us not only to rate shop our shipment's, but also to track costs internally. ### 3. We have reached out with some tough questions and have always been met with helpful answers and support. The platform is pretty easy to use. We have not had many issues during our daily use. If we do have andy they are quickly resolved. Another thing we like best about Freight pop is the ability to be able to log in from virtually anywhere. Since it is web based you can ship from your office or from home. **What do you dislike about FreightPOP?** For what I use Freight pop for I don't have many dislikes. Nothing really comes to mind at the moment to be honest. I guess if i really had to think of something it would be having to start from scratch during some of our processes. Sometimes it would be easier to be able to do some kind of edit or maybe have a back button. This could improve the ease of use. **Recommendations to others considering FreightPOP:** Give it a try, you may really like it! If you are looking to see rates across the industry this can be very useful during daily operations. **What problems is FreightPOP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Freight pop mainly for our merchant fulfilled orders that need special/customized shipping labels. We were not able to accomplish this through our other shipping software. We ship out around 10K packages a month to various end users. The travel all over the country, with the use of Freight pop we can make this happen with little to no errors on a daily basis. ### 4. It's also a great place for tracking and all shipment details. **What do you dislike about FreightPOP?** One of the things I dislike about FreightPOP is when I make an error in one of the fields when entering a quote, I have to start over from the beginning instead of editing the mistake. **Recommendations to others considering FreightPOP:** FreightPOP is helpful but make sure you have the right information or it's useless.
