But the communication structure is problematic. Unlike, for example, Flexport that we also use, where you have one consistent point of contact, with Freightos you're essentially talking to a new freight forwarder for each shipment. That means explaining your business, preferences, and requirements over and over again. It gets exhausting and inefficient.
