Many of the participants who use the Freighto's platform are a bit "greedy" with their pricing. There are also a few GREAT and fair and reasonable price structures. I have found my DHL, FedEx, and UPS rates are frequently better. If a participant continues to not honor the delivery times I would suggest NOT allowing them to continue in the platform. Freightos is by far one of the best online portals around. I like the ability to be able to enter my shipping requirements/credentials and pick which freight company I want to use. The pricing is very affordable and the communication either by email, live chat or telephone is excellent. I am able to book shipments without a problem. There isn't really anything that I don't dislike, except maybe the fact that the quoted price doesn't show the platform fee. That shows up when you go to pay/book the shipment. For instance I get a quote for a container shipping and its $4113.09 but when I go to pay for it the price goes up by 3% because of the platform fee.
