Unlike, for example, Flexport that we also use, where you have one consistent point of contact, with Freightos you're essentially talking to a new freight forwarder for each shipment. That means explaining your business, preferences, and requirements over and over again. It gets exhausting and inefficient. The pricing transparency was disappointing too. Despite the platform's emphasis on clear pricing comparisons, I kept running into unexpected extra charges that weren't clearly outlined upfront. I like they break everything down and also have their own brokers and will help with HSA codes. I also like that management at Freighto's will step in to help if we have a problem. **What do you dislike about Freightos: The Online Freight Marketplace?** Many of the participants who use the Freighto's platform are a bit "greedy" with their pricing. There are also a few GREAT and fair and reasonable price structures. I have found my DHL, FedEx, and UPS rates are frequently better. If a participant continues to not honor the delivery times I would suggest NOT allowing them to continue in the platform. I would use a RATING system for their quality of service and give REVIEWS on them. I have learned lots and I have attended the recent Webinar about China Tariffs and learned more about them and the HSA codes. ### 5. I like the ability to be able to enter my shipping requirements/credentials and pick which freight company I want to use. The pricing is very affordable and the communication either by email, live chat or telephone is excellent. I am able to book shipments without a problem. I am kept updated all the time with my shipments. I am even able to track the shipments with their maptool as well. Definitely the best choice! **What do you dislike about Freightos: The Online Freight Marketplace?** There isn't really anything that I don't dislike, except maybe the fact that the quoted price doesn't show the platform fee. That shows up when you go to pay/book the shipment. For instance I get a quote for a container shipping and its $4113.09 but when I go to pay for it the price goes up by 3% because of the platform fee. I understand that there has to be a fee and I am willing to pay it, I just think it would be better to have it included in the quote **Recommendations to others considering Freightos: The Online Freight Marketplace:** Definitely go with Freightos if you want hassle free freight shipping. The customer support is excellent. We do alot of shipping from China and with the time zone it used to be hard to get updates if we had to wait for emails. Now we can just check the shipments online and see where they are and when to expect them to ship or arrive. ### 6.
