Every time I need to go out for traveling with my family to a far place, I'm confused because I don't know how to make a reservation, I don't know which hotel is the best or which hotel is good, clean and the price is quite reasonable. So, I can believe Freetobook because I don't need to find a place directly and take a lot of my time to find on the internet. Moreover, the Freetobook web or ap is very easy to use for clients. **What do you dislike about freetobook?** Actually, the major point I quite like about Freetobook, but it has some advantages I think Freetobook needs to improve. Firstly, the function to manage rooms on multiple is quite expensive for me, so I have to be on top of the bookings to ensure that the price isn't double. That's all I dislike about Freetobook but in general, I very much love this app and I recommend it to other people who usually travel so much like me. **Recommendations to others considering freetobook:** Freetobook is a great solution to booking a reservation **What problems is freetobook solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like traveling so much and every month, I often go with my family and my friends, also go alone because I want to explore the world. But in the past, I also had many problems relating to the hotel reservation, I just wanted to find a place to take a rest after a long day moving. But I didn't know how to find a good place because I had many times booked a bad hotel with bad services because I didn't know about strange places. From that time, I want to look for some app to help me on this point. So, I was very lucky because my friend took it to me and recommended it to me to use it. Therefore, I used once time and two times and many times for good because I like this app ### 2.
