"From 50% to 99% Accuracy: Freeplay is Our Strategic Advantage"
5/5
What do you like best about Freeplay?

In the new landscape of AI, the single most valuable currency is trust. Freeplay has become the bedrock of our ability to build that trust, delivering a seismic shift in our capabilities—taking our prompt accuracy from a volatile 50% to a rock-solid 99%.

What's truly stunning is the velocity at which this transformation happened. The platform is incredibly intuitive; the ease of implementation was remarkable, and we were fully integrated and operational in less than a week. This frictionless integration meant we realized a monumental ROI in days, not the months we'd expect from enterprise-grade tools.

Freeplay has since become the daily heartbeat of our AI operations. Its brilliantly designed experimentation platform allows us to quickly deploy and validate new prompts without touching a single line of production code. This is a total game-changer, removing a massive engineering bottleneck and enabling a level of agility that was previously unimaginable. Running AI-judged and human-judged evaluations side-by-side across models has given our team the empirical data needed to make high-stakes decisions with absolute confidence.

Beyond the phenomenal product, the team is in a class of its own. They've been incredibly responsive, acting less like a vendor and more like a dedicated extension of our own team. For any leader building the future, Freeplay isn't just a tool—it's your strategic advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freeplay?

My only genuine complaint is that we didn't discover Freeplay six months earlier. The platform has so fundamentally accelerated our development and improved our output that I can only think of the engineering cycles we could have saved. It forces you to operate at a higher standard, which is the best kind of problem to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Robust Evaluation Platform for Production AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Freeplay?

Non-technical user accessibility: The platform enables domain experts and prompt engineers to run evaluations through the UI while still providing SDK access for engineers. This dual approach allowed our entire team to collaborate effectively without creating bottlenecks.

Production-ready testing capabilities: Freeplay handled our complex requirements, including custom evaluations for brand voice, emoji usage, and message structure across hundreds of merchants. The platform supported our critical API migration from OpenAI Assistants to the Completions API right before a major launch.

Flexible evaluation types: The system supports LLM-as-a-judge, code-based evaluations, and human labeling, providing our team with multiple validation approaches tailored to our specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freeplay?

While the UI undergoes frequent changes and improvements, the Freeplay team consistently provides strong support to help users adapt and take advantage of new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing experience with Freeplay"
5/5
What do you like best about Freeplay?

Freeplay has become one of the most important tools we use in our work. This platform allows us to effectively streamline and simplify our data logging, labeling, and auto graded evaluation processes.

In addition, the Freeplay team has been exceptional at supporting our team, whether it was for learning about the different features, debugging issues we had with data imports, improving auto evals, and more. I really appreciate the efforts and patience the team continuously put into helping us and our unique requirements. Would definitely recommend this product to others. What do you dislike about Freeplay?

I have no dislikes. Really useful tool we use everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A must-have for shipping AI features quickly and reliably"
5/5
What do you like best about Freeplay?

We've been using Freeplay for a few months now and it has substantially cut down the time it takes us to ship and maintain AI features. It hooks seamlessly into our LLM-related code and allows us to quickly experiment on prompts, version control them, and create evals with gold standard datasets to ensure that our AI workflows continue to run reliably.

The interface is intuitive and the SDK is shockingly easy to integrate while being flexible to our engineering patterns. They built the whole platform exactly like I would've if I built it myself - glad we found when we did! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freeplay?

No major downsides I can think of. Great team and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Freeplay has become a critical part of our product development"
5/5
What do you like best about Freeplay?

Freeplay has been an essential tool in shaping our AI prompts. It’s made testing fast and intuitive, and helped us confidently set up evaluations to ensure quality and consistency. It has streamlined our workflow and let us iterate much faster, while building confidence across the organization. Lastly, the Freeplay team has been very supportive in helping us use best practices, and have been execuring quickly on product feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freeplay?

To help evaluate agentic experiences, we want to set up evals on traces (multiple inputs/outputs). Fortunately, it's in the works and should become available very soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
