The system login is very buggy.. sometimes I have to re-login time and time again to see my downloads and license keys.

So I changed an account username and password so that one of our agency team members can have direct access.

I just now tried to login to a product vendor account that uses this same system but I can't sign in! It seems this freemi thingy make unified account changes for vendor accounts (that sells products that has nothing to do with each other). This is ridiculous. Why can't I make changes to one account without affecting to another?

and by the way none of the "Forgot your password? Never received your password?" account recovery options work! Once submitted its just say "We sent a recovery link to your email address" but the email never arrives!

I now have to verify my purchases with the vendor and try to get my accounts back.

Freemius was very easy to integrate into our own software and offers everything we need out of the box. Many features are simply not available from other providers, and the share of the earnings for the author is excellent compared to competitors. I'm brand new to the premium WordPress plugin game, and Freemius has been great and providing advice on pricing strategies, etc. Also, one thing I wasn't looking forward to was managing a plugin store and dealing with payments and refunds and auto upgrades, etc, and Freemius has taken the headache out of all that, which allows me to focus on building my plugins. Everything. Freemius gives you important usage data of your plug-in users but lets users also check-out within Wordpress. This is perfect for our freemium model. Almost 90% of our premium acquisitions is within Wordpress thanks to Freemius! And the support is amazing, almost always a response within two hours! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
