1. The fact that 7% of fees they charge is on top of Payment gateway fees. So you end up paying a lot more than advertised.

2. Even basic reports are missing. Such as being able to see monthly revenue statistics in a specific period.

3. You are not able to customize emails. Forget about sending custom email campaigns to users.

I was a little hesitant to try Freemius for a long time only because of the material design based UI. I am still not a fan of it. But, after a lot of trial and error and thinking, we decided to go with Freemius anyway. The experience has been excellent. You have all the right features for the sellers as well as buyers.
