"A Collaborative and User-Friendly Tool for Non-Profits"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

Freelo provides an intuitive and well-organized workspace that makes project and task management easy, even for team members who are not very tech-oriented. For our non-profit organization, it helped centralize communication and task tracking, reducing the number of emails and missed deadlines. The ability to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress in real time made coordination among staff much smoother. One of the features we appreciate most about Freelo is its seamless integration with Google Calendar. Being able to share tasks and deadlines directly within our calendars makes scheduling and coordination much easier, especially when working with multiple team members and volunteers. What do you dislike about Freelo?

We did experience a few issues with the screen recording feature, where some of our recorded sessions were lost even though we followed all the steps correctly. This was disappointing, as recordings are often important for documenting processes or sharing updates with team members who can’t attend meetings. Aside from that, the platform has been reliable and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to se, helpful, and still improving"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

Freelo helps me organize my work and monitor all tasks, including who is responsible for them and their current progress. The platform is user-friendly and very intuitive. One significant benefit is its availability in Czech, which allows our entire team to use it seamlessly.

I truly value the excellent customer support, as well as the abundance of guides and tutorials that simplify the onboarding process. Another feature I find particularly useful is the ability to integrate Freelo with other applications.

Freelo offers a wide range of helpful features and is continually introducing new ones. Although I still consider myself a beginner, the tool already makes my work much easier—it enables me to keep tasks organized and manage resources like people and time within projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

There’s nothing in particular that I dislike. Some of the more advanced features simply require a bit of time to find and understand. Nothing significant has stood out as a problem. Occasionally, I do wish it were possible to assign a single task to multiple people, especially when it involves several teams. Overall, I haven’t encountered any real drawbacks yet. Since I’m still getting to know all the features, it feels more like a learning process than anything negative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helps me stay on top of every event detail"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

Freelo keeps everything in order during busy event days. I can easily track what still needs to be done, who’s responsible, and what’s already finished. It’s great that I can assign tasks to team members or even temporary staff and see progress in real time. It really helps when several events are running at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

Sometimes it takes a while to get everyone to actually update their tasks — but that’s more about people than the app itself. Freelo itself is simple and works reliably even when things get hectic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Freelo is a great help in work environment. What do you dislike about Freelo?

At first, it was a little bit uneasy to integrate Freelo in the team, it took some time to really adapt to a new tool, understand how it works. Soon enough everyone understood though. Although some online workshops were needed. Only now I've discovered, Freelo is also an app, which I didn't know before but would highly appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Freelo: Project management with a human touch"

"Easy coordination of remote work"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

Because most of our team works remotely, it used to be difficult to keep track of tasks. After a year with Freelo, our work is much more efficient. We have all tasks in one place, so it's clear what is already done and what is still pending. We don't have to constantly ask and check. We appreciate the intuitive environment in Czech, the calendar, and labels that make it easier for us to navigate. Thanks to this, we focus on results, not on guesswork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

I can't think of anything that I particularly dislike. I would welcome the sharing of tasks across projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
