"Don't work hard, use Freelo!"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

I appreciate its simplicity and intuitive use the most. Assigning tasks among project members and dating them is very useful on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

Finding drawbacks is quite difficult. However, if I had to choose one, I would go with notification emails. You do not have to use them; this feature is optional. What I find lacking is the contents of these emails, which notify you about changes in the project. What they do not provide is the specific change that has occurred, that is only visible in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Freelo’s Clear, Well-Organized Project Management for Coordinating Multiple Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

We don't have much previous experience with project tools, but Freelo immediately appealed to us with its clarity and excellent organization. I really appreciate that even though we coordinate the work of several groups at once, the system allows each member to focus only on what is relevant to them. A big plus for us when choosing this software was that it is locally developed, and we are very happy with our choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

So far, we haven’t run into any major issues. The only improvement we’d like is the option to assign multiple people as task solvers for the same task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Czech Support, Feature-Rich Platform with a Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

What I like best about Freelo is their customer support - they always respond very promptly whenever I’m struggling with how to set something up or when something isn’t working. Having local support in Czech is a huge advantage compared to other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

What I found a bit challenging at the beginning was getting oriented in all the features and possibilities Freelo offers. There’s so much functionality that it can feel a little overwhelming at first - but once you get used to the system, it becomes very intuitive and efficient to work with. "Without Freelo, our organization couldn't function."
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

Freelo is an intuitive and well-organized project management tool that makes collaboration simple. I especially appreciate how easy it is to assign tasks, track deadlines, and keep all communication in one place. The interface feels clean and user-friendly, and the notification system helps ensure nothing slips through the cracks. For both smaller and bigger teams, it makes any project running more smooth. Our organization has been using Freelo since our launch, and we cannot imagine our everyday work without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

As it is with every project management tool, its functioning is dependent on every team member using it the same way. Sometimes it takes a bit more time for new team members to catch up on the details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Freelo is very beneficial for us"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

What I really like about Freelo is its clarity and the ability to structure tasks and subtasks, including checklists. It has a very intuitive interface that’s easy to use even for people who aren’t very tech-savvy. After three months of use (some users less), we are still discovering new features and learning how to set things up effectively across different projects so that it works best for everyone. We are gradually integrating into Freelo the processes we repeat every year (e.g. creating the Annual Report, reviewing and updating documentation, and others). We are also slowly moving here topics that were previously handled in Teams, as Freelo offers better options for tracking discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

So far, I haven’t found anything significant. At first, I thought it would be useful to assign a task to multiple people, but I now believe it’s right and logical that there should be only one person responsible. If a task involves several colleagues, it can easily be handled through subtasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Freelo as my daily helper"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

We use Freelo in our startup for its agile project management capabilities. We saw any form of backlog as essential for smooth operations, and after careful consideration, this one seemed to be the best on the market. Personally, I appreciate that I can assign and reassign tasks, just like everyone else – transparency is a big advantage. I also really like the feature of assigning priorities to tasks, which helps us stay aligned as a team and focus on what truly matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

However, I would appreciate a better visual design of the tool. I really like the option to switch planning into a “mind map” view, but visually, it’s not very appealing yet. Also, due to the large number of features and buttons in the menu, it might take some users longer to get comfortable with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Freelo 4 měsíce v!"

What do you like best about Freelo?

Freelo was recommended to me by a friend who studied in America and is a very good PM. I immediately liked its interface in Czech, it's a shame that outside the CZ/SK market it's not more well-known. I most recommend the time tracking, which suits me the best in the tool, thanks to which I can conveniently turn on my "freelo hours" for all tasks and immediately know how long I spent on a given task. Which in our consulting start-up is extremely important. I find it great where I could integrate freelo everywhere. I mean, for example, Slack, Google, and even into Notion, which we use a lot. What I must further recommend is definitely the mobile app, because thanks to it I have everything at hand. So far, I haven't found a bigger flaw than missing a Gantt chart, but that's a minor thing. :D So for our start-up, it's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

It seems that the mobile version doesn't have as many features as the computer version - at least on the iPad, which is my main work device, I would really appreciate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great features, easy integration, and fast Czech support"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

Unlike many other tools, this one is really not overkill. It offers great features and can easily be integrated with other tools, such as for invoicing. I most appreciate the Czech support, which responds very quickly and is truly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

I don't know of anything I wouldn't like about Freelo. So far, it suits me in everything and I haven't found anything that bothers me about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Collaboration Tool for Real-Time Project Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

Freelo is an excellent tool for workgroups where multiple people are involved in different parts of a project. We can see everything in real time—who added or created what and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

So far, I haven’t encountered any major issues with the system. In our team, we create simple diagrams and projects in Freelo that work well, and so far we haven’t found any problem or error that would limit our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good sharepoint for tasks, projects or steps between/among colleagues."
4/5
What do you like best about Freelo?

I like the clear overview of tasks, assigning people to tasks, setting deadlines, reminders for current tasks, the ability to edit tasks in various ways, and the structuring of subtasks. It is an improved electronic version of a to-do list designed for multiple people at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freelo?

I don’t use Freelo on a daily basis and haven’t tried all of its features yet. For me, some links and connections feel cumbersome, and some workflows are not very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
