"Cost-Effective and User-Friendly Conferencing Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about FreeConference.com?

I like FreeConference.com for its dialing and internet-based audio and video conferencing, screen sharing, and meeting recording. It helps me connect to meetings or conferences by internet or by dialing, making it easy to forecast sheets and data via screen sharing and use meeting details for future reference through meeting recording. I also appreciate its features like transcripts and internet-based streaming, which influenced my team's switch from other platforms. The initial setup was very easy with a user-friendly interface, and it has a guide to help with the setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreeConference.com?

I have issues with glitches and connection interruptions, especially affecting the audio and video quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Former User Review of a Simple Conference Call Tool"
4/5
What do you like best about FreeConference.com?

In a previous role, I used FreeConference.com for team meetings and the occasional client call. It was simple to get a conference call set up quickly, without any complicated configuration. Sharing the meeting link with participants was straightforward, and overall it worked reliably for small to medium-sized meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreeConference.com?

The free version came with a few limitations, especially around available features and call quality compared with paid tools. The interface was functional but quite basic, and in larger meetings the experience could sometimes feel less stable overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Easy Video Conferencing"
5/5
What do you like best about FreeConference.com?

I use FreeConference.com for business meetings and video networking. I like that I don't have any lags, delays, or clarity issues during video conferences. The software is great and reliable with no issues at all. I value the individual controls on the platform, especially during video calls where it's easy to mute everyone and unmute one person if needed. Additionally, the setup is super simple and easy. What do you dislike about FreeConference.com?

I think because it's a lesser-known platform, there's not a lot of people that have been introduced to it yet. You have to get someone that's able to pick up how to use the platform when you use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal Free Tool for Student Conferencing"
4/5
What do you like best about FreeConference.com?

I really appreciate that FreeConference.com is free and user-friendly, allowing me as a student to manage my meetings without worrying about costs. I love the audio conferencing feature because it works well even with low internet speed, and it gives me the option to join meetings via a phone call when my internet is unstable. The screen sharing feature is also great for discussing ideas, assignments, and projects. Overall, it's a trustworthy, easy-to-use, and student-friendly tool for online communication and collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreeConference.com?

FreeConference.com is not an efficient tool for large video meetings or webinars, particularly when using the free plan, as there is a limit to the number of participants who can be in the video. Therefore, it becomes less appropriate for conducting online classes with a large number of students. Besides, the application is not a good choice for those who like a modern and very interactive user interface since its design is somewhat old-fashioned when compared to other platforms. In addition, features such as high-quality video, detailed meeting controls, and customization options are only available to a limited extent unless you decide to upgrade to a paid plan. "Effortless Meetings and Seamless Access for Small Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about FreeConference.com?

What I appreciate most about FreeConference.com is its straightforward design and accessibility. Since the platform is web-based, participants can join meetings directly without needing to download any software, which saves time and helps prevent technical problems. The service also provides a generous free plan that includes essential features such as screen sharing, document sharing, and international dial-in options, making it especially suitable for small teams and nonprofits. I find it very easy to use, with minimal effort required for setup, and the customer support is robust. As someone who uses it 7-8 times a day, it has been extremely helpful, and its integration process is also very simple. its implementation is also super easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreeConference.com?

What I find less appealing about FreeConference.com is that its free plan comes with certain limitations, including a restriction on the number of web participants and the absence of advanced features such as video recording and transcription. At times, the call quality can decrease, particularly during peak hours or when hosting larger groups, which impacts overall reliability. The mobile experience, especially on Android devices, could be improved, as I have encountered occasional UI glitches. For larger teams or enterprise-level requirements, the platform seems less robust when compared to alternatives like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Generous Free Plan, Easy Set Up"
4.5/5
What do you like best about FreeConference.com?

I love the robust free tier that FreeConference.com offers, which is exceptionally generous with features like unlimited conference calls, video conferencing, screen sharing, and international dial-in numbers. I appreciate the high participant capacity for audio, allowing up to 100 audio participants, which is perfect for small to medium organizations. I find it incredibly easy for participants to join meetings through a web browser without needing to download any software. The helpful free features such as meeting chat, document sharing, and automated meeting reminders are great. I also think the audio quality is frequently praised as clear and reliable. Besides, the navigation is easy and nice, and the initial setup was very easy for me. It's also incredibly convenient compared to what I was using before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreeConference.com?

The free plan limits web/video participants to only 5 people, which isn't great for full-team video calls. The interface works, but it doesn't look as polished or modern as other big players like Zoom or Google Meet. Customer support can be slower than what you get with paid services. The free version also comes with 'FreeConference.com' branding on calls, which might not look professional enough for important client meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
