I also appreciate that people can join from anywhere, whether on their desktop or phone, which makes it very versatile. It's just kind of simple, so people don't have to get freaked out by it. It is platform independent, meaning people don't have to be members or subscribe, unlike other services like Microsoft Teams. It even works for people who may not be comfortable with technology, which is nice because some of my meetings involve groups with varying levels of technological savvy. I provide services nation wide and because it's mostly remote, people have a distrust over the phone because of rising scams so they prefer to at least be able to see whom they are speaking with.
