Most cold email platforms charge $50 to $100+ per month just to provide an interface on top of an email infrastructure you already own. FreeColdMail was built to change that. It is a completely free, premium-grade cold outreach toolkit that lets you bring your own email provider (BYOP) and send automated campaigns at zero cost. Whether you use Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, OVH, or a custom SMTP server, you can connect it in seconds and start scaling your outreach without worrying about monthly subscription limits or hidden fees. Key Features: Bring Your Own Provider: Seamlessly connect any email account via SMTP/IMAP. Smart Automated Sequences: Build multi-step follow-up campaigns with custom delays. Campaigns automatically stop the moment a prospect replies. Unified Lead Inbox: Manage all your replies in one centralized dashboard. Tag prospects as 'Interested', handle objections, and reply directly from the app. Real-Time Analytics: Track your open rates, reply rates, and bounces at a glance to optimize your copywriting. Enterprise-Grade Security: TLS/SSL encryption and strict data isolation. Your credentials stay yours, and your emails are sent directly from your own server to protect your sender reputation. Why use FreeColdMail? It is the perfect alternative for bootstrapped founders, indie hackers, freelance professionals, and sales teams who want powerful email automation without the ridiculous SaaS pricing. You bring the SMTP, we provide the software layer for free.
