The support staff was committed to working with us. They did try hard to customize what we needed. Also, our going through Free Agent's process and documenting our sales flow was helpful. There would be user-interface problems (can't scroll, can't select). The set-up wasn't very intuitive. Also, to send emails (like a CRM), we had to integrate with a third-party solution. To clarify, FreeAgent supports native integration to Gmail and Office 365 (both Microsoft-hosted and EWS). This is best-in-class for sales CRM's. Some marketing solutions use their own mail servers e.g. MailChimp & we do integrate with those services for high-volume outbound bulk emailing. We're sorry your experience with our UX was frustrating & we're glad you felt supported by our support staff. Our UX is rated very highly so we trust your experience was an anomaly. For example our page response times are 3-5x faster than most other vendors. & we do take a different approach than other vendors: we often help companies get their 1st CRM and as a result they need time figuring out what their lead and sales processes really are. We're glad you found that help valuable & hope to earn your business again in the future.
