The flexible reporting allows me to see exactly what has happened, and drill down into the specific communications for each prospect. The CSRs were always pretty helpful and responsive to any and all questions - from the actual program itself; I did like the 'activity' wall to track every time there was a touch point with a client. I did not love how my outlook email kept unsyncing, resulting in a few emails being missed from carrying over to the CRM. It does a good job of keeping my work flow organized, especially with the reminders/tasks tabs - also being able to assign tasks to other members of our team was a great feature.
