**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

The flexibility of the CRM is incredibly useful. Being able to change the layouts of each group to best suite our needs is really useful. They are also really quick to respond to any issues, and are updating the platform regularly

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

While I love the task system in the CRM, it would be nice if it was a little more in your face. A daily email indicating what tasks you have assigned would be great!

**What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FreeAgent is helping us keep track of our clients and information we have given to clients. Being able to track emails and see what coworkers have said (in case they are sick or away and you can't reach them) is ideal when helping customers.

Customizable, easy to use and learn the basics with potential to add a lot more later.  They show you how and where you can access and control all aspects of the setup

With its very customizable nature, it does take some time to set things up.  Its not an instant plug and play, but you get a lot more value for your time setting things up

CRM software for all tracking, linking with other services, opportunities and product set up, able to easily send prospecting emails and so far it has shown improvement

the things I like best about freeagent CRM include its organization, fli=exibility and visibiity. it has improved my overall CRM cycles and time to closure - its been good in that sense

I could nt think of anything remiss in freeagent CRM -- maybe they can offer more custom options for small to medium sized enterprises -- I think that would up the game a lot

freeagent CRM is an easy to use and a more cost effective option for orgs needing quick CRM solutions -- it was pretty quick to install without a lot of tech support too. solved my business problems of faster sales cycles and transparency

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

Completely Customizable. You can set it up however you want. Also covers the whole business process from marketing, sales, project management, invoicing, etc.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

Sometimes because it is so customizable, it can be difficult for a new user. Unless they invest enough time into getting it set up correctly. It's worth having someone on your team (or an outside consultant) help set it up properly.

Too many different software tools. This has allowed us to remove some tools and it works seamlessly with our other tools.

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

There are two things. First:  their customer service is bar-none, the best i have ever seen. They have a chat option that allows you to get answers within 5 minutes if not sooner. Second:  the system so so robust you can work operations, payments and sales seemlessly together.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

Though their cost is a bit high, it is well worth the money and they will work with you for the best pricepoint that works for them and for you.

**What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can track payments, partial payments by product and company. I love being able to see the email history and when the client or potential client has opened his/her email and how many times. That way I know how to approach our next conversation.

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

Customer Service is outstanding, and the developers listen to my needs and, within hours, have made the necessary updates needed to make things work.  My niche is a hard nut to crack because there are so many variables.  However, Freeagent stepped into this and together, we have devised a system that flows very well and does what I need.  I cannot say enough good things about them.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

No-fault of Freeagent, but I have had to integrate with a third-party system to fire off my information into Freeagent, and I would prefer to bypass that third-party system altogether.

**Recommendations to others considering FreeAgent CRM:**

You will need a dedicated person as Freeagent likes the user to own the process and admin settings.  If you have a dedicated individual, this will work well for you. Also, make sure you have a good grasp on your path and what you want to achieve.

**What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My organization has never integrated with a CRM that can be a single entry point; Freeagent has solved that problem.  Freeagent is storing my data, providing real-time updates to office staff and reps in the field, and supplying me with robust reporting. These are the problems that Freeagent CRM is solving and the benefits.

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

It is difficult to pick one "best":  
The ability to easily create custom data fields was a critical element for us. We are a smaller school with unique requirements and educational data fields. The "out of the box" systems didn't meet our needs and didn't offer the ability for customization.  Free Agent allows us to easily create multiple data fields and organize these in the way that makes it most efficient and productive for our staff.

Having the ability to come in first thing in the morning and see the status of each prospect student has saved a lot of time for our Admissions' team.  It is so easy to move a prospect through various stages of the funnel, see all activities related to the prospect (phone calls, texts, emails) and the timeline with each.  
 
I have reports that I need every single week. With FreeAgent, once the reports have been created, it’s just one click and I can have it right there. That saves quite a bit of time.

Client service is excellent!  Responsive, friendly and always will to help.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

There is nothing specific that we dislike with the product.

**What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FreeAgent has really helped us organize our account management.  It has made it so much easier to see the status of each prospect and to take the appropriate action based upon the stage/status of the prospect.
It has greatly helped us with timely communication outreach to our prospective students.

FreeAgent has really helped us organize our contact/account management. Without a doubt, we've increased revenue with this CRM!

FreeAgent is super easy to use for people of all technical experience levels. Very little setup or training needed to get started and that was HUGE!The customer service I have had with FreeAgent from the first initial contact through the purchase and training and the helpdesk on various issues has been top-notch! It's super easy to reach out and ask a question about how to do something or if the software can do something and they respond in a timely and professional manner.
 
Love the mobile app and that it has all the capabilities of the desktop version!"

I haven't much to dislike, they are constantly updating the software and pushing out new possibilities!

Easy to use, the great price point for our small business, and their customer service is amazing!  They are always available when I need them!

There hasn't been a single thing that I've disliked about FreeAgent and I use this software constantly throughout my day.

**What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that I can easily organize and label my contacts within FreeAgent.  This allows for easy communication with different types of contacts.  I also like that it tracks my history with each contact including calls, emails, and appointments.  This feature keeps me on my  A-game and helps me to look and feel organized when I'm meeting with donors.

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

My favorite thing is how responsive the reps at FreeAgent are - whether we've had an issue, a question, or a suggestion, they are always available and always open to our comments. We've even seen them make platform-wide changes we suggested.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

I do not like that incoming emails addressed to multiple contacts seem to be arbitrarily assigned within the contacts listed. For example, Customer Smith sends an email copying Customer Jones, Customer Peterson, Employee Anderson, Employee Lincoln, and Employee Colbert. That email may be tracked to Smith's, Jones's, or Peterson's accounts and may be connected to Anderson's, Lincoln's, or Colbert's emails. It doesn't seem to have any logic to whom it is tracked. This can make finding things a little more complicated than they need to be.

**Recommendations to others considering FreeAgent CRM:**

Ensure that your team takes the time to do the initial training offered - there is so much more functionality available that you may not even realize.

We are keeping better track of emails to customers across the company. We have some employees who are not great at sharing information they've learned (not out of malice) and FreeAgent helps that info be shared.

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

I like the board view and the ability to create views for speed to get to orders quickly.   Customer service has always been excellent , I love the chat feature that I can use and still keep working when issues arise.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

It sounds a little silly but I would like to see more colors and a way to bold and color certain items on the board View.   I have the customer name mane in bold and company name in read which helps, but maybe a color for the background of each tab or colors for each tap that I have.   What would help me specifically is to have the PO number another color so it stands out more.  I get the theme colors but it just changes the outside of the views, more color inside the veiw would be cool.

Integration wtih emails - I still use my gmail and would like to use FA only, but havent found an easy adjustment on that

**Recommendations to others considering FreeAgent CRM:**

Jump in and get started , don't expect everything to be perfect from the beginning.   Ask for help, these guys are great

**What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization is job one.......I have so many deals going on, that it helps me focus and remember deals.   Also I can go back and grab deals for re orders quickly.

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

FreeAgent CRM's software is outstanding in terms of customization, service, interface, simplicity and elegance. The entire user experience, if rated on a scale of 1 to 10, is 10+ while I would rank Salesforce a 1, having seen Salesforce performing in the past. Salesforce is a sales-focused company with an extremely frustrating user experience vs. FreeAgent CRM being a true CRM company. It is like using a new generation Apple iPhone vs. a mobile phone from the mid-90s.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

I am very happy with the overall CRM and management team. They are flexible and when I saw a possibility to improve two aspects recently, management improved them within 48 hours. The same did not happen when I asked Microsoft for an improvement although.

**What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The management of client relationships becomes extremely effective and well-organized.

The possible customization allows users to add a very large number of fields to categorize relationships in so many different ways.

All the desired and required regulatory information etc. can be entered very efficiently.

I wish FreeAgent CRM would have existed 35 years ago.

I can only recommend everybody, even students and other non-business users, to start a trial and get instructions, if required, how to easily customize fields. 

Relationships are everything in life. FreeAgent CRM will allow you to easily organize tens of thousands of them and makes is enjoyable to manage them.  

As Twitter allows you to customize the great daily information insights of the world  you are interested in, FreeAgent CRM allows you to manage relationships as you might have never experienced it before.

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

The way FreeAgentCRM is able to show everyone my emails, it makes my job easier when I dont have to convey the same information twice. Its a great way to keep our team connected with each other as well as our clients. We use the customer notes to help guide our conversations. Sometimes it helps to know if someone is a mom or a fan of field hockey. It makes it easy to start conversations with customers, other than the business talk.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

I wish there was a way to make odd comments not related to a job or a customer, but about the company as a whole. Maybe i just missed this piece? I hope the interface becomes a little more modern but its likeable.

**What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of who is our customer and what have we talked with them in the past about. It's hard to have over 500 customers and remember all their needs. Its a great way to keep organized and keep track of communications with our clients.

We've been using FreeAgent for about 3 years now.  It's highly customizable and their staff is very knowledgeable.  They will help you get it set up just as you need. They can learn your process and help develop tracking systems that will make your business run smoothly and you won't miss any leads.
 
Maria and Sam are the best and will make you you have what you need at your fingertips.

Sometimes the fonts are weird in the email templates.

Give them a try.

The customization of the CRM is impressive.  The implementation team was able to accommodate all of our requests and provide the training necessary for our team.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

The only issue is the process for making modifications to the database.  We uploaded a large list of contacts that required some work to clean up.  The service team helped us every step of the way.

Establish a clear vision of your organization's needs ahead of working with FreeAgent or any CRM vendor.

We have realized the benefit of clearly communicating the sales process to our sales team and engaging our marketing team to connect with our customers.

It integrates seamlessly with our email system. This enables me to have all the information I need in a  single location.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

Customer Service is great but because it's in a different time zone to me I sometimes have to wait to talk to someone.

**Recommendations to others considering FreeAgent CRM:**

Overall I've had a good experience working with FreeAgent CRM. It's reliable for the most part. Any issues or questions I've had have been sorted out by the Support Team and Account Manager very quickly. 
 
The software is straightforward and relatively easy to use. Customer service is excellent. Onboarding/initial training was excellent.

It helps keep me organized and focused. Having everything in a single centralized location means my work is done faster and more efficiently.

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

The platform is really is to customize. No coding experience is necessary. The team is very responsive and provides suggestions and best practices to help your business achieve its objectives.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

I've been using the platform since 2017. In the first year or two there were a lot of changes via new developments and when you learned how to do something you often had to relearn. But that has not been issue the last year or so. The good news though, they have rapidly developed a robust CRM that rivals the larger names but with more modest pricing terms.

Keeping track of prospects and clients. Tracking sales opportunities. Setting reminders and sourcing all information in one easy to use platform!

Our sales reps love the mobile app. They use it throughout the day, They don't have to pull out their laptop and get sut up; they can grab their phone and use FreeAgent right there. I think that's a big reason why they have so much activity within FreeAgent

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

Adding widgets is time-consuming, especially when you have multiple business units and different reps in each business unit.

organizing the sales process in a way that is easy for the reps to use without bogging them down in admin activities.

Free Agent is always seeking to improve their product.

There is a critical feature that we just realized is not available, that essentially makes the system one-legged.

If FA tech specs fit your companies needs, go for it! They are great to work with.

No current problems, we have had many technical and product improvement request that the FA team works to get fixed.

I like customer support. They are responsive and always willing to help. Unlike other CRMs that charge every time you need assistance.

I don't dislike anything about FreeAgent. They are constantly updating and making processes better.

We use FeeAgent CRM for two separate companies. It keeps us organized and allows us to focus our attention on the areas needed. It has been most helpful when our team members work remotely.

The benefits are numerous. It organizes and streamlines our workflow and houses documents that can easily be view by any member of our team.

Functionality and organized software that enables companies to make strides in bringing in new business.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

Bit of a learning curve that most will take a few attempts to master. Once that is complete it will come as second nature like google.

**What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

logging in has been tough.  Tracking contacts that are potential hot leads better then excel and sharing with team is a plus.

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

Very easy to configure, very easy to use.  Has everything you need in a powerful CRM and you can be up and running very quickly.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

I haven't found any negatives yet.  Perhaps others have requirements that it doesn't meet, but it does everything I want in a CRM.

**What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a sales pipeline and multiple sales reps.  The flexible reporting allows me to see exactly what has happened, and drill down into the specific communications for each prospect.  Sales forecasting, sales planning, individual prospect campaigns, it does everything.

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

The CSRs were always pretty helpful and responsive to any and all questions - from the actual program itself; I did like the 'activity' wall to track every time there was a touch point with a client.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

I did not love how my outlook email kept unsyncing, resulting in a few emails being missed from carrying over to the CRM. 
I also did not like the inability to pull the emails/attachments out of the CRM back to my system easily.

Call connectivity can be an issue, but I think that has more to do with my service provider.

Tracking client contacts. I love that I can blacklist my email so that private company emails are not on display. I also can limit employee access to their relevant clients to protect data.

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

The support staff was committed to working with us.  They did try hard to customize what we needed.  Also, our going through Free Agent's process and documenting our sales flow was helpful.

**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

Free Agent felt like it was new out-of-the-box with glitches.  There would be user-interface problems (can't scroll, can't select).  The set-up wasn't very intuitive.  Also, to send emails (like a CRM), we had to integrate with a third-party solution.

**What problems is FreeAgent CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are no longer using Free Agent.  We were so frustrated with it that we moved to another solution.  One benefit was realizing what was important in a sales/CRM service.

We're sorry your experience with our UX was frustrating & we're glad you felt supported by our support staff. Our UX is rated very highly so we trust your experience was an anomaly. For example our page response times are 3-5x faster than most other vendors. & we do take a different approach than other vendors: we often help companies get their 1st CRM and as a result they need time figuring out what their lead and sales processes really are. We're glad you found that help valuable & hope to earn your business again in the future.

The fact that the mobile compatibility is so effective to access info and add clients and contacts on the go.

Some glitches over the time we have had the program, occasional issues with Outlook syncing. Frequent upgrades have helped with any concerns we have HD though.

**What do you like best about FreeAgent CRM?**

FreeAgent not only covered our needs, but exceeded all our expectations, and that was one of my main concerns when I started working with this software, because we are a different company, but it was easily integrated and also allows us to be very organized, realizes functions that allow the team to concentrate on other tasks, making our company more efficient, since it automates many daily activities that took time, as well as adding notes, files and more.

I love that it does all its functions perfectly, because humanly sometimes errors occurred when sending documents, but this does not happen anymore because this system seeks to avoid any error you may have with a client, as well as any other contact in a correct way and without errors.


**What do you dislike about FreeAgent CRM?**

Actually, there are no negative aspects that prevent me from working with this platform, but if I have to add something and report it to the technical support team, it has an algorithm that can automatically delete the repeated contacts. Also, certainly the costs of this system are not economic, but the results are worth it.

**Recommendations to others considering FreeAgent CRM:**

This platform was of great help to the company, allowing my staff to become very familiar with their functions and generating excellent results. For this reason and the previously mentioned previously I highly recommend this system.

Thanks to this platform we have improved as a company, since we have reduced errors, saving a lot of time in tasks and activities, since Freeagent CRM can do automatically and without setbacks several processes, besides that it is very easy to use, and it is not complicated Know your options and abilities.

Undoubtedly, our work has been simplified, in addition to making it more efficient and precise.

Another thing that I must mention, is that it has a great customer service team, I sometimes resorted to it, and was very quick to answer my questions, very professional, attentive, pleasant and helpful, willing to solve.
