The solution is straight forward and the customer service has been exceptional. **What do you dislike about Fredo?** I fed back that we'd love to have more features, not just focused on supplier experience (lead capture), but on the attendee experience - so maybe an event app to store the schedule and to provide networking opportunities for attendees etc or the ability to match up delegates with other useful people using AI **What problems is Fredo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making the check-in experience smoother for delegates by speeding it up and allowing our volunteers to focus on greeting delegates properly rather than scrambling across laptops and pens and tags ### 2.
