The best thing about this app is there are a lot of features combined in a single app. I could easily save procurement and other financial spendings while using this app. It provides a good presentation of the portfolio of the total spendings, which is a plus point. Another good thing about it is that it is entirely cloud-based, and the transfer of the output files from this app is highly convenient. The things that are positive about Fraxion SM are that it has quicker processing times, much less time spent within the finance department on processing and capturing, correct approvals are in place. Fraxion SM is flexible to utilize, with the cloud-based version it is accessible from anywhere and pretty customizable on the user front with regards to approvals and workflows. The negative sides of Fraxion are the experiences I had concerning integration into my existing setup. I lacked communication and understanding of setup and implementation, and no project management skills were displayed. Integration and setup were extremely difficult for me, I had limitations on user rights in terms of reports, and I think reporting could use a lot of work to improve and add more value.
