**What do you like best about Fraud Insights for Merchants?**

It helps us in restricting/avoiding a dispute/chargeback before it actually ends up in a claim and affects our seller performance, the best option is it is able to control disputes from major players like VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, etc

**What do you dislike about Fraud Insights for Merchants?**

It does not help us in filtering certain disputes from a specific card types like Rupay, J&C, etc and the deadline to respond to a dispute is restricted to 12 hrs which is very less

**What problems is Fraud Insights for Merchants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using ethoca as a first step of filter to avoid disputes/chargebacks raised by the customers before it is affecting our performance on the payment gateway

**What do you like best about Fraud Insights for Merchants?**

I like that it indicates chargebacks earlier than we would otherwise see them so we can block fraudulent accounts quicker

**What do you dislike about Fraud Insights for Merchants?**

The information is presented in a way that requires a lot of jumping around. We can't disable it for some markets (it's all or nothing). We can't connect it to other services we use (particularly those that exist to prevent fraud)

**Recommendations to others considering Fraud Insights for Merchants:**

It's a good service, especially if you are using something like Worldpay where you don't have an equivalent service provided to you. I think Adyen provides something almost as good but included. Ethoca is, however, slightly more like to ping fraud earlier in my experience.

**What problems is Fraud Insights for Merchants solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us notifications of likely fraudulent transactions before they become chargebacks meaning we have an early warning system on fraud.
