It is the best way to reduce the number of friendly fraud. The product is good but the webpage is too long or need more easy ways to do the things. **What problems is Fraud Insights for Merchants solving and how is that benefiting you?** The highlight problem is reduce fraud ! You have in the industry different kind of fraud. And Ethoca helps you to reduce the false positives in an easy way to dispute with the acquiers /Visa, MC, AMEX.. ### 4. Ethoca is a nice tool. Improve the alerts, and reports.. We can't disable it for some markets (it's all or nothing). We can't connect it to other services we use (particularly those that exist to prevent fraud) **Recommendations to others considering Fraud Insights for Merchants:** It's a good service, especially if you are using something like Worldpay where you don't have an equivalent service provided to you. I think Adyen provides something almost as good but included. Ethoca is, however, slightly more like to ping fraud earlier in my experience. **What problems is Fraud Insights for Merchants solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us notifications of likely fraudulent transactions before they become chargebacks meaning we have an early warning system on fraud. ### 7.
