Teams can store and search agreements, track notice periods and obligations, route approvals through a delegation-of-authority matrix, and sign electronically with built-in e-signing. Vendor 360 brings together each supplier’s agreements, commercial commitments, risks, issues and review history. Pro SRM adds configurable workflows and assessments, supplier surveys, purchase requests and purchase orders. Forms, conditional branches, approvals and external supplier responses keep information gathering and decisions connected to the relevant contract or vendor. AI assists with contract intake and answers document questions with page references. People review consequential changes and retain control of decisions. Every customer has an isolated database in an EU or US region, with granular access controls and an audit trail. Readers, approvers and signers are unlimited and free; e-signing is included on every edition. Core starts at $4,000 per year for 10 full users, with monthly billing and a 14-day trial available.
