This innovative approach reduces hiring fees by up to 75% and ensures full cost transparency for all parties involved. Key Features and Functionality: - AI-Driven Matching: Utilizes advanced algorithms to match projects with suitable candidates efficiently. - FRATCH GPT: An AI assistant that generates precise project descriptions in seconds, facilitating quicker hiring processes. - Seamless Integration: Easily integrates with existing procurement and HR tools, enhancing workflow continuity. - Legal Compliance: Ensures all engagements are legally compliant, with partnerships like PwC providing false self-employment checks. - Cost Efficiency: Offers transparent pricing with minimal brokerage fees, adding a small fee on top of the freelancer’s daily rate, payable only upon engagement. Primary Value and User Solutions: FRATCH addresses the challenges of complex procurement processes, tight budgets, and the need for speed in hiring.
